The basic principles to be applied in the company we provide stock counting service are summarized below. It is aimed to complete the stock count service we provide within the framework of these rules determined as maxellent in a quality, efficient and effective way.
* Personnel participating in the count must pay attention to their cleanliness, dress, state and attitude.
* The counting start time must be strictly observed.
* It should be present at the customer unit at a predetermined time, otherwise the team leader should be notified in advance.
* Do not speak loudly during the count.
* Actions such as joking, etc. that disrupt the concentration should be avoided.
* The counting staff counts in the areas specified by the team leader.
* Although all responsibility related to the counting area belongs to the staff, any problems encountered should be shared with the team leader in order to make the counting in a quality way.
* After the control of all locations counted at the end of the count is done with the team leader and store staff, the hand terminal is delivered to the team leader and the counting is terminated in terms of the personnel.
* After the count, the direction of the team leader regarding transportation is expected and the exit is made with the instruction of the team leader.
* The counting staff must assist with the body search to be made by the customer staff before leaving the relevant unit.
